CAULIFLOWER
AU GRATIN

Head of cauliflower
1/4 Cup margarine
1/2
Cup chopped onion
1 1/2 Cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 Cup sour cream
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/2 Cup breadcrumbs, coated with 2 tsp
melted butter
Break cauliflower in the florets and
cook in boiling water for 10 minutes. Drain well and set aside. Cook
onion in butter until soft. In casserole dish, mix onion, cheese, sour
cream and salt. Add cauliflower and mix well. Top with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Our cauliflower is extemely large will
probably only need 1/2 head. Also good with added cooked bacon or ham. Is there a
